A FORMER chair of Newry & Mourne Council has been remembered as a "healing force" who commanded respect throughout the community of south Armagh. The entire Newry, Mourne and Down DEA of Slieve Gullion 93% of the Newry, Mourne and Down DEA of Newry 2% of the Newry, Mourne and Down DEA of Crotlieve. Mrs Donnelly was elected to Newry and Mourne Council in 2005. I would want the wording of this motion to be changed for the money to be found within this years budget and not for additional money to be found.
